This is a senior level project manager position that will support the Education and Healthcare Leads to expand the sector and leverage the significant opportunities available nationally.
The successful candidate will actively promote the company to potential clients and industry partners, develop their industry network, and input to project targets and timelines.
They will also attend industry events, develop an understanding of services provided, and have a good understanding of the subject matter.
The Project Manager will be responsible for inputs to appointments and contracts, adhering to governance and ethical standards of the company.
They will also mentor, coach, and develop junior talent, familiar with and assist in managing project personnel and workload.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in project level design knowledge and expertise, demonstrate a good understanding of Architectural Design and relevant parameters.
They will engage with consultants and clients at a project level, have 8+ years of experience working across a range of project stages, and hold a Bachelor or higher degree of Architecture or equivalent.
Additionally, they will be a member of the RIAI, CIAT, or other national/international equivalent of registration for architects, interior designers, or architectural technologists.
The role requires experience in delivery of healthcare projects, education or public sector experience will also be beneficial.

Requirements
1. 8+ years of experience working across a range of project stages
2. Bachelor or higher degree of Architecture or Architecture Technology or industry related equivalent
3. Member of the RIAI, CIAT, or other national/international equivalent of registration for architects, interior designers, or architectural technologists for a minimum of 5 years
4. Experience in delivery of healthcare projects is essential
5. Education or other public sector experience will also be of benefit in the role
