If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.This role offers a unique blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and customer relationship management.ABOUT THE ROLE:What You will Do:Understand the technical aspects of BMS and EPMS products and services.Providing technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.Developing comprehensive bid proposals and presenting them to clients.Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for BMS and EPMS projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and estimates.Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to understand the scope and objectives.Conduct site visits to gather detailed information and assess existing conditions where required.Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact the project.Analyse historical data and industry trends to inform cost predictions.Collaborating with the technical team to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the company's technical capabilities.Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of BMS solutions.ABOUT THE PersonBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the BMS or construction industry.Strong understanding of building management, and electrical power monitoring systems products, services and market trendsProficiency in estimating software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or equivalent.Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and manage complex sales processes.Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and presentation skills.
