Job Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing technical services team working on the cutting edge of aircraft engine records and documentation.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a data-intensive, high-precision environment.
In this vital role, you'll support the lifecycle management of aircraft engines, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
You'll review historical and current engine documentation to create Engine Phase-Out Documentation Packages, collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to compile, verify, and finalize back-to-birth (Bt B) records.
Additionally, you'll interpret engine maintenance manuals and life-limited part (LLP) data to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards, use specialized computer systems to track, review, and archive LLP documentation and engine maintenance records.
Key responsibilities include resolving missing or incorrect paperwork issues by coordinating with international stakeholders, compiling regular reports to track project status and documentation progress across multiple engines, staying current with relevant Airworthiness Directives and technical documentation changes.
The successful candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and technical understanding. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word, is required.
Familiarity with SAP and technical recordkeeping systems is desirable but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as well as a collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
