We have a dynamic role for a high performing and experienced individual to join our team in Castlebar.Reporting to the Workshop Manager and working closely with a highly skilled and supportive team, this role will be responsible for managing and processing Warranty claims. Working closely with the Service team to ensure compliance of warranty terms and conditions are met, minimising the impact to our Customers and business by being meticulous in detail with a proactive and solutions focused approach.Key responsibilities include:Maintain the highest level of accuracy for all claimsLiaise with manufacturers to support the end customer to the fullestProcess all claims in a timely mannerSupport the Service Dept with the upkeep of R&M contractsEnsure a fluid stream of information is present from the workshop to support any and all claimsAudit and sign off workshop jobs on a daily basisUpdating of the DMS with any inspection reports carried out on VehiclesSending out inspection reports to customers via DMSTo be considered for this role you must have;A willingness to learn and further your own knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAccuracy and attention to detail in reporting to a high standardKnowledge of automotive industry and products or heavy equipmentCapability to work efficiently within the Microsoft Suite of software including ExcelThe ideal candidate will be flexible and be able to show initiativeAbility to analyze and summarize data in order to make recommendations on future actions and business improvement processesWhat we offer:Supportive work environment surrounded by a young enthusiastic teamAttractive salary for the right candidateCompany PensionLife AssuranceModern facilitiesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
