We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Manager to join our team.
* A minimum of previous leadership experience in a quality-focused establishment is required.
* The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A proven track record of driving standards in a similar role is essential.
* Strong organizational and time management skills are also required.
* A hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the accommodation areas.
* Work closely with the front office department to ensure accurate room status is communicated.
* Ensure all maintenance requests are clearly communicated to the Maintenance Team.
* Deal with guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain the office, linen room, floor storage rooms, and trolleys in a neat and organized state.
