What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?
Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including food preparation, cooking, cleanliness and customer service.
Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Drive sales forward and achieve sales targets.
