Our client based in Dublin City Centre is responsible for supporting their clients to grow within Ireland.
They attract new clients, provide support to both new and existing clients and identify opportunities.
Our client is seeking an executive assistant to join their teams for a 12-month contract which will be on site.
The ideal candidate will be required to but not limited to
Provide excellent day-to-day administration to 3 teams such as letter drafts, meeting prep material, data entry etcManage incoming phone and email queries as well as invoices, event logistics and team meetingsSupport with calendar managementHelp prepare presentations and materials for meetings as well as looking after booking meeting rooms, sending meeting communications, organising catering etcUpdate the internal management system and complete a weekly metrics reportGather key metrics and dataThe successful candidate will have
1-2 years previous administration experienceExcellent knowledge of MS officeA suitable third level qualification or currently working towards higher education is desirableExcellent communication skillsAbility to work on your own but also a good team playerThere may be a requirement for ad hoc travel in this role for example to regional offices – and working outside of normal office hours.
