IT Systems Administrator Position
The role involves providing technical support to internal staff across hardware, software, and networking issues.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on, first- and second-line IT support to ensure high availability and reliability of the system infrastructure. Manage and maintain servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud services. Oversee user onboarding/offboarding processes, account provisioning, and device setup. Facilitate communication between IT and business teams by translating technical issues into business terms. Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and IT policy enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows/Mac operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) is beneficial. Additionally, knowledge of business operations and how IT supports organizational goals is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role. Strong problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills. Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week.
