The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The job involves working with the team to ensure daily service level agreements are met, analyzing patterns and trends, educating users on security and safety, and investigating complex situations.
A comprehensive understanding of User Knowledge Operations is required, along with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations.
This role also requires strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to balance fraud prevention with a positive customer experience.
