We're seeking a proactive, technically-savvy professional to join our growing Product team in a hybrid role combining installation operations and client success. You'll guide clients through their entire journey - from post sale through hardware installation to software onboarding - ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint.The ideal candidate thrives on getting things done, values simplicity, and communicates with clarity.
