FRS Recruitment is now inviting applications for the role of Relationship Manager - Veterinary Solutions Location: Roscrea, North Tipperary Hybrid Working, 2 days in office per week, 3 days from home Full-time, permanent About the Role: As a Relationship Manager for Veterinary Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting and managing a portfolio of veterinary customers. You'll help ensure customers get value from our solutions, guide them through onboarding, assist with day-to-day queries, and contribute to strong retention and account growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships. You will work closely with colleagues across Customer Support, Implementation, Product, and Technology to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience. You will also support the management of our handheld device suppliers, helping ensure customers receive reliable devices and good after-sales service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship & Support Act as the day-to-day contact for veterinary customers and ensure queries are responded to promptly. Build positive working relationships with customer teams and understand their key needs. Support customers during onboarding and help them adopt our tools effectively. Keep customers engaged and ensure they are getting ongoing value from the solution. Account Management Support retention and renewal goals within your account portfolio. Identify opportunities where customers may benefit from additional features or solutions and pass these to the senior team where appropriate. Monitor customer health indicators and flag risks or emerging issues early. Internal Coordination Share customer feedback and insights with Product and Technology teams to help improve the solution. Work closely with Implementation and Support to ensure smooth onboarding and timely issue resolution. Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation based on customer experiences. Device Supplier & Stock Support Assist with coordination between client and device suppliers. Help forecast device demand and ensure the stock levels are communicated internally. Support the device repair and warranty process to maintain good customer service standards. Industry Awareness Keep up to date with trends in the veterinary sector and understand customer challenges. Provide input on how our client can continue to offer value and remain competitive. Skills and Experience: 1-3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related role. Experience in SaaS or veterinary/agri-tech is a bonus but not essential. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple customer requests and organise your work effectively. Comfortable analysing basic customer metrics and identifying simple trends. Proactive, supportive, and customer-focused mindset. Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required - training will be provided. Full clean Irish driving licence and a fully insured vehicle.
