We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Debt Finance team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Debt Finance team, advising Irish and international lenders, sponsors, corporates, and private credit providers on complex financing transactions across a range of products, including leveraged finance, syndicated lending, real estate finance, and fund finance. They will play a central role in transaction execution, managing drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and closing processes while delivering commercially focused advice on high-value domestic and cross-border deals.
2-6 years’ PQE;
Prior experience in banking/finance law;
Excellent academics;
Strong team player;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Technically excellent.
