Tavan Meats is a growing abbatoir and looking for Meat Processing Operatives with the following responsibilties
* Safely and efficiently process animals on the kill floor in line with company procedures
* Use knives, saws, and machinery competently and responsibly
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality control, and safety
* Identify and remove contamination or defects from carcasses
* Ensure knives are kept sharp and sterile at all times
* Assist with product movement within the department as required
