€100,000 - €120,000

Reporting To:
Chief Investment Officer
This role sits within the Chief Investment Officer function and is responsible for managing planning, governance, reporting and delivery across four key business areas: Transactions & Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Investment.
The successful candidate will establish a single source of truth and a consistent operating rhythm to support revenue delivery, cash efficiency and future growth.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a consolidated portfolio plan across all investment and growth workstreams
Chair portfolio reviews, track risks, dependencies and issues, and escalate decisions where required
Establish and embed clear governance structures, roles and responsibilities across teams
Mobilise and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones and dependencies are aligned
Partner with Finance, Operations, Planning, Design and Pre-Construction teams to support accurate revenue and cash forecasting
Own the weekly and monthly reporting cycle, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Develop clear executive-level reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Lead improvements in reporting systems and data quality, moving towards automated, digital reporting
Maintain document control and reporting standards for leadership and executive forums
Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and delivery
Provide clear visibility of progress against plan, risks and recommended actions
