**Training Support Administrator Job Summary**

* This role involves providing support for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a site training system.
* The Training Support Administrator will also be responsible for providing training support associated with the governance of the training system.
**Key Responsibilities**

1. Support the continued setup and rollout of the corporate training management system for the site.
2. Contribute to activities in the design, development, and management of training materials, curricula, and learning plans.
3. Assist in creating and managing site procedures in accordance with site training SOP.
4. Work with other GMP system owners/administrators on interfaces with the training administration system.
5. Perform tasks to manage curriculum creation and maintenance, learning plan management, qualification management, individual training history maintenance, and produce reports from the learning management system.
**Education Requirements**

* Hons degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
* Train the Trainer Qualification is preferred.
* Equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
**Required Attributes**
">
* Advanced MS Office applications and training database administration skills.
* Experience with Veeva Vault and LMS systems.
* Familiarity with cGMPs requirements.
* Strong organizational skills – ability to handle/prioritise multiple projects and requests.
