Your new role at a global not-for-profit organisation
In this position, you will join the finance team in Dublin City Centre as a senior accounts assistant. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and flexible start times. Upon completion of probation, you will be eligible for pension and healthcare contributions.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the creditors and debtors ledger
* Assist with monthly and year-end financial preparations
* Perform bank reconciliations and liaise with external auditors
* Address queries, process payment runs, and prepare VAT returns
* Contribute to payroll preparation tasks
Requirements for success
* A minimum of 4 years' experience as a senior accounts assistant or bookkeeper in a busy finance team
* Prior experience in the not-for-profit sector is preferred
* Candidates should hold AACA/CIMA or ACA Part Qualified status or an ATI qualification
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
* Strong team player with proficiency in accounting software and Excel
