Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter
* Upselling to increase invoice value
* Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales
* Building long-term rapport with local customers
* Actively promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions
