Key Responsibilities: Preparation & batching of fresh food in a HACCP controlled food factory using large scale equipment. Working to prepare established recipes to agreed recipes & specifications. Previous experiences of preparation and cooking of fresh foods an advantage. Full training will be provided. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Rate starting @ €15.00/hr Schedule: Day shift Monday to Thursday Experience: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications and use IT system as required Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Previous experience of forklifts & pallet trucks an advantage. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards. Assist with the cleaning and organisation of factory and equipment Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards Must have conversational English Skills: Food Manufacturing Forklift
