Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing, Cork City
The role involves overseeing the nursing operations in a 50-bed care home located in Cork city.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate nursing services to meet the needs of residents in a pleasant and supportive environment
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care delivery
* Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with active registration on the NMBI General Register
* Minimum 6 years post-graduate experience in a management or leadership role
* At least 3 years' relevant experience in Care of the Elderly within the last 6 years
* Post-registration qualification in dementia care or management desirable
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
