About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist/front of house administrator to manage bookings, answer calls, and support day-to-day operations.
The role may also involve basic sales tasks.

Greet clients and visitors professionally.
Take and manage bookings and appointments.
Handle phone and email enquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping.
Support basic sales and promotion of services.
Requirements:
Previous admin, reception, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
Comfortable using phones, booking systems, and Microsoft Office.
