Salary: Up to €140,000 base + bonus & benefits
Hybrid model: 2 days a week on site
The Role
This Head of Architecture role to lead and shape the Technology Operations architecture across a large, federated group environment.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence, responsible for defining and delivering architecture strategies that enable secure, scalable, and reliable technology operations across cloud, infrastructure, service delivery, and security.
Leading a huge IT transformation, you will be building a team, and making architecture decisions that materially improve security, service delivery, and operational resilience.
You will essentially own the strategy for this transformation, working directly with senior technology leaders across their multiple brands.
There is huge scope and influence here.
What You'll Do
Build, lead, and develop a new Architecture team
Define and own the Architecture vision and roadmaps across service delivery, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
Act as a key member of the Technology Operations leadership team, shaping group-wide architectural direction
Lead the design and adoption of secure, scalable, and resilient operational architectures
What You Bring
Strong AWS experience within enterprise-scale environments
Proven experience in a senior architecture leadership role within technology operations, infrastructure, or platform environments
Demonstrated delivery of architecture strategies and roadmaps
Strong depth in at least one technical discipline (cloud, infrastructure, security, or service architecture) with the ability to operate across others
Experience working in a federated, global, or multi-brand organisation
