We are currently seeking to hire into our Business Transformation Customer Team at Senior Consultant.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic business transformation initiatives across Financial Services, focusing on customer strategy, operating model design, digital enablement, customer experience, lean process improvement, and organisational design.
Drive innovation through emerging technologies and AI, leveraging data‑driven insights and AI‑powered solutions to optimise processes and enhance customer experience.
Partner with clients to shape business objectives, analyse pain points, and translate them into actionable strategies and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture process flows and user stories.
Solve complex business challenges using design thinking, combining logical reasoning and creative approaches to deliver impactful solutions.
Manage stakeholders and build trusted relationships, collaborating across multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
Deliver actionable insights through data visualisation and technology implementation, enabling informed decision‑making and measurable outcomes.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to influence senior stakeholders.
Organise and prioritise effectively, ensuring high‑quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
Qualifications: To Qualify for the Role
Degree‑qualified professional with proven experience in business transformation; prior involvement in large‑scale change programmes is highly desirable.
Minimum 3 years’ track record in delivering complex change initiatives within Financial Services.
Expertise across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and design through to implementation and delivery.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, rapidly diagnosing business challenges and shaping practical, innovative solutions.
Strong problem‑solving and resilience, with the capability to overcome barriers and establish credibility quickly.
High personal impact and influencing skills, able to secure stakeholder buy‑in for major decisions and transformation initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and crafting clear, persuasive narratives.
Ideally, you will also have
Consulting experience or relevant industry expertise within a leading Financial Institution.
Strong academic background with a relevant third‑level qualification.
Advanced analytical capability and proven proficiency in facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analytics and PowerPoint for creating structured, executive‑level presentations.
Professional certifications such as:
Lean Six Sigma
Project Management and/or Agile
Design Thinking
