Initial 12 month contract with likelihood of extension.The RoleAs an AI / ML Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, build, deployment, and optimisation of scalable machine learning and data science solutions. You\'ll work closely with engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver robust, production-ready systems that directly support business outcomes.What I\'m Looking ForStrong commercial experience delivering machine learning and data science solutions in enterprise environmentsExpert-level Python and R development skillsHands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS essential)Solid background working in Linux and containerised environmentsExposure to AI and Generative AI patterns (e.g. RAG architectures)Proven experience implementing testing, automation, and quality assurance practices in production systemsAbility to drive data-led product decisions and influence technical strategyExperience improving data quality, performance, scalability, and reliabilityStrong understanding of DataOps, DevSecOps, and modern deployment methodologiesKnowledge of data governance, security, and privacy best practicesComfortable working across the full lifecycle: data modelling, analysis, development, testing, and deploymentA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong stakeholder communication skillsAdditional InformationImmediate interviews with prompt start date available.Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
