Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer and Partner First Mindset: Engage with and enable customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience, driving customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets through digital sales excellence supported by data, marketing systems, and platforms.
* Sales Execution: Drive new sales and customer engagements using mechanisms such as digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration initiatives. Manage the end-to-end Biz Apps business across your territory, including transactions related to consumption and licensing. Build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close opportunities.
* Customer Engagement with Business Value Selling: Identify and engage key business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable value. Use industry insights and a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes, engaging C-Level decision-makers.
* Opportunity Management: Lead planning and execution for named accounts, build stakeholder maps, and accelerate deal closure through business analysis and strategic engagement.
* Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell solutions. Share best practices, insights, and customer feedback to enhance team capabilities.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain operational standards and reporting accuracy for KPIs such as pipeline development, signal conversion, deal velocity, and forecasting. Use program processes and tools for accurate, timely reporting to support strategic goals and provide business insights.
* Learning & Development: Complete required training and certifications related to Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialties.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
* Experience in technology-related sales or account management.
* Or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant sales or account management experience.
* Or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or similar SaaS/cloud-based business applications to enterprise clients, with a record of exceeding sales targets.
