Orange Recruitment are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join Enterprise Ireland's Service Delivery Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the LEO Digital Transformation Programme, a national initiative enhancing how Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) deliver services to Irish SMEs and startups. As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in aligning the LEO CRM (Client Relationship Management) system with business requirements-working across solution design, development, testing, and rollout. You'll work closely with key stakeholders from Enterprise Ireland, Local Enterprise Offices, and software delivery partners to ensure solutions are innovative, client-focused, and scalable. Job Title: Technical Business Analyst - Digital Transformation Location: Dublin Contract: 3.5 years Fixed Term Contract Salary: €80,668 - €99,073 (Contributory), €77,917 - €94,117 (Non-Contributory) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA. Act as a subject matter expert in business processes and support solution design and implementation. Ensure CRM system functionality aligns with evolving project scope and user needs. Track and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle. Participate in daily standups and sprint planning sessions within an Agile environment. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), post-go-live support, and contribute to process improvement. Work alongside the Senior Business Analyst to learn best practices and support continuous delivery. Key Deliverables Clear documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria. Successful alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Identification and resolution of system gaps or discrepancies. Active involvement in solution testing and refinement. Contribution to lessons learned and knowledge transfer for future projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Essential: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in technical business analysis, with a strong focus on digital transformation projects. Expertise in documenting business requirements, writing user stories, and supporting solution testing. Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), JIRA, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. Desirable: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent. Experience with data modeling, Visio, and advanced Excel. Working knowledge of Agile and hybrid project methodologies. Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
