Job Overview
* Manage a portfolio of residential developments, overseeing administration and responding to client inquiries.
* Review and manage credit control issues, liaise with operations and accounts departments.
* Liaise with the senior office administrator regarding insurance policies and claims.
* Prepare reports for clients and the senior management team.
* Attend annual general meetings and other gatherings as required.
* Monitor service level agreements, conduct site visits and have full site knowledge.
* Oversee project work implementation in conjunction with the project manager.
* Budget preparation and expenditure control.
* Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments and directing support staff.
* Represent the company at board of directors and developers' meetings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance and operations.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
