About the Role
* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to handle inbound and outbound calls to book service or repair work, ensuring seamless communication with customers and workshop teams.
* You will determine workshop availability, liaise with service advisers, and contact customers after delivery to discuss satisfaction and follow up with surveys.
* Your administration and IT skills will be utilized to capture and update customer details in Keyloop DMS and support technologies.
* Additionally, you will inform customers about product launches, new car information, and used car sales, promoting our brand and building strong relationships.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in the motor industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of the motor industry, excellent administration and IT skills, and experience with Keyloop DMS.
* Exceeding customer expectations through exceptional customer service is essential.
