Job Description

The Purchasing Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth supply of parts and materials to the organization.

* Responsible for sourcing new and replacement parts from current suppliers.

Maintaining strong relationships with all suppliers is essential to ensure clear communication channels are maintained at all times.


The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing or purchasing, preferably within an agricultural parts industry environment. Experience in the agricultural parts or machinery sector would be highly beneficial.




* Manage part inventory levels by continuously assessing supplier performance, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies for optimal stock levels. Make timely decisions regarding procurement, including awarding contracts, negotiating prices, and selecting reliable vendors. “”
* Oversee ongoing projects involving key stakeholders across various departments such as Procurement,
Engineering, Quality Control & Assurance (QCA), and Supply Chain Management Team(SMT)
