Overview
We are now seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for a busy Dublin Law Practice. This role involves working closely with the head of the property department. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of legal secretarial experience in conveyancing, including commercial conveyancing.
Responsibilities
* Provide legal secretarial support in conveyancing matters (residential and commercial) under the head of the property department.
* Produce, edit and format documents using Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems.
* Maintain strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
* Maintain excellent file management and a good telephone manner.
* Demonstrate a proven work ethic and appetite for learning and development.
* Be a supportive team player, as personality is key to the service the firm has built its reputation on.
Qualifications
* 2+ years Legal Secretarial experience, ideally in residential and commercial conveyancing. More experience welcomed.
* Excellent typing and computer skills with ability to produce, edit and format documents.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Highly organized with good file management and telephone manner.
* Proven work ethic and appetite for learning and development.
* Team player with a collaborative attitude.
