We will consider only candidates if they have the APA Insurance qualification or one exam done.
Our client, a privately-owned General Insurance Broker has an exciting opportunity available within their Personal Lines team.
Location – Donegal town
Looking for - a candidate who holds relevant qualifications such as APA, CIP, or who is working towards the qualification.
Hybrid – Once a week to the office. You can also be considered for full-time and part-time employment, with the option of working a 3- or 4-day week.
Role:
1. Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls too.
2. Managing the sales process for new prospects
3. Deal with customers' inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via and web chat.
4. Offer the complete range of insurance products – car, van, motor, house, farm and more
Profile
5. Background in sales or tele-sales, strong organizational skills
6. Working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications, including APA, QFA, CIP, or grandfathered status.
7. Excellent communication and telephone skills, along with proficiency in administration, are highly valued.
8. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced office environment and possess a sales-driven mentality while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
