2+ years proven experience working as a Chef de Partie (or higher) in professional restaurant kitchen

39 hours per week
Duties:
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.
* Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry).
* Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
* Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop menus and specials.
* Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
* Organize mise en place efficiently and ensure your section is ready for service.
* Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and assist with ordering.
* Train, supervise, and support junior chefs and commis in your section.
* Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Contribute ideas and creativity to maintain and improve overall food quality.

Pay: €34,000.00 per year
