Job Overview
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction projects, you will be responsible for advising on contractual matters and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
* Advise on contractual matters at both the project level and general level
* Process contractual claims and associated records
* Liaise with Commercial Manager and Contracts Manager when dealing with internal stakeholders and client representatives while on site including attendance at meetings
