Partner with subject matter experts to convert complex technical concepts into practical learning materials. Proactively plan enablement timing, sequencing, and delivery formats aligned to field priorities. Monitor industry trends and partner expectations to inform enablement strategy. Own execution of readiness programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and business alignment. Design structured learning journeys, including onboarding and advanced technical training. Support planning of enablement events by defining learning objectives and intended outcomes. Support speakers and SMEs in structuring sessions for clarity and long-term impact Facilitate trainings, workshops, and event sessions as needed - preparing audience and delivering enablement with clear communication 5-7+ years of experience in enablement, technical training, program management, or similar fields. Strong understanding of product and technical concepts; able to translate complexity into clear learning content. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured learning programs. Fluency with generative AI tools for content creation, analysis, and workflow automation. Strong collaboration and influence skills; able to operate independently and drive alignment across teams and regions. Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify and clearly articulate technical topics. A proactive, learning‑oriented mindset with a passion for improving technical enablement practices.
