Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver finance transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
Act as a subject matter expert on finance operations, technologies, and trends.
Manage and mentor diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to client challenges.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and transformation technologies.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence C‑suite decisions.
Experience leading full lifecycle transformation projects.
Excellent business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to deliver practical, sustainable solutions to complex problems.
Ideally, You’ll also have
Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, PMP or Prince2.
Experience in professional services or large‑scale transformation environments.
Familiarity with analytics, automation, and digital finance tools.
