Marketing Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, as well as strong understanding of brand management, content strategy, and customer engagement techniques.
Main Duties:

* In-Store Marketing: Manage and coordinate all in-store marketing efforts including promotional materials, signage, and POS activations.
* Digital Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling digital content across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics tools, making real-time adjustments to optimize results.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as sales, retail, and operations.
* Website Management: Manage and update website content using the CMS, including landing pages, promotional banners, and product information.
* Trend Research: Research and apply industry trends and competitor activity to maintain relevance and innovation in campaigns.
* Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage the content calendar to maintain consistent and strategic communication.
* Event Planning: Organize and execute marketing-led events including brand activations, trade shows, and community partnerships.
* Performance Reporting: Report on marketing performance metrics and deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.
* Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors and agencies to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.
* Email Marketing: Build and implement strategies for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle engagement.
* SEO Best Practices: Apply SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and organic traffic across all digital properties.
* User Experience Improvement: Use data insights to continually improve user experience and increase website conversion rates.
* Content Gathering: Work collaboratively to gather content from across the business for marketing use.
* Budget Management: Maintain marketing budgets within company guidelines and monitor spend against campaign outcomes.
* Action Item Management: Attend internal meetings, capture action items, and follow up to ensure timely task completion.
* Brand Integrity: Protect and uphold brand integrity in all external communications and visual materials.
* Targeted Content Strategies: Develop and deliver targeted content strategies that drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
* Digital Channel Management: Manage company-owned digital channels, ensuring regular updates and alignment with current campaigns.
