Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Public Health Nursing
The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems at University College Dublin invites applications for a specified purpose post of Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Public Health Nursing and Midwifery. The appointee will contribute to teaching, programme management, curriculum design and enhancement, and academic administration on the School's graduate-taught programme in Public Health Nursing, and will work with clinical personnel in the Public Health Nursing services to support student learning. In addition to teaching and administrative duties, the post holder will engage in research and scholarship in the discipline and will contribute to the development of the School's research agenda. The post holder will be expected to assume leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Dean and Head of School.
Salary: 95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above The Bar (7943) Salary Scale: €64,753 - €102,539 Per Annum Pro Rata @ 0.5 FTE. Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
