Job Title: Solution Architect - Credit Transformation
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsite)
Contract: 6-month initial contract (potential to extend)
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Credit Transformation within the Irish Financial Services (FS) market. This role involves conducting a comprehensive assessment of the existing Credit landscape to help shape and design the upcoming Transformation programme.
You will require deep expertise in core banking environments, with a particular focus on the Credit space.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead an in-depth assessment of the organisation's current Credit systems, processes, and architecture.
* Define the high-level solution design and architecture for the upcoming Credit Transformation programme.
* Collaborate with the Senior Solution Architect to align architectural vision and delivery strategy.
* Provide expert recommendations on system integration, data management, and architecture best practices.
* Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives in the Irish FS market.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Contribute to the roadmap for a multi-year Credit Transformation initiative.
Required Experience
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the Irish Financial Services sector.
* Strong expertise in Credit Transformation programmes, ideally involving core banking platforms, such as Transact, NCino, or Temenos.
* Excellent understanding of end-to-end Credit processes and system architecture design.
* Familiarity with Irish business culture and regulatory environment.
* Track record of designing solutions for complex, large-scale transformations.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Previous involvement in multi-year Credit or Core Banking transformation initiatives.
* Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional delivery teams.
* Exposure to cloud-based banking platforms and integration strategies.
