Overview
Business Development Representative, Outbound - (Dutch) at Rippling. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with onsite presence required 3 days a week. Relocation support is available for those moving to Dublin from another European country.
What You Will Do
* Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
* Outbound with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects
* Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume
* Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology
* Maintain and update accurate records in CRM

* Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred
* Fluent English and Dutch required
Location & Availability
This role will be based in our Dublin office and will be required to come onsite 3 days a week. Relocation support is available for those who move to Dublin from another country in Europe.
Compensation & Benefits
This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for employees will be 70/30 commission split for base/variable pay. The pay range for this role is: 80,000 EUR per year.
