What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating directly with your team to enhance finance and operational functions.
Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and regulatory reporting processes.
Liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Contributing to process improvement initiatives and interim staffing assignments.
What We're Looking For
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified 2+ years' post-qualification experience in industry.
People Management experience is preferable
Experience in a MNC is essential.
Proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP and local reporting standard.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Working model
All work delivered from the firm's Dublin office or from home (no client-site work).
Very flexible working arrangements, expectation to collaborate in the office a few times a month.
Strong benefits package.
No expectation to be in the office at month-end.
