About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, scope, and implement cutting-edge solutions using a mix of technologies.
* Enhance the platform to boost performance, usability, and scalability.
* Closely collaborate with Design and Product stakeholders to ensure we are building the right solutions to the right problems.
* Identify high-impact opportunities with your team and turn them into reality.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
* Skilled with frontend frameworks like React, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
* Proficient in backend technologies like Node.js and Java/Kotlin.
* Experience with instrumentation and analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar.
* Experienced in building on AWS, with tools like Docker and Git.
* Comfortable turning high-fidelity UX designs from Figma into reality.
* Possession of writing testable code, with experience in API design and unit/integration testing.
