Job Description:
We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to join a growing end-user company based in Dublin. The role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors suite to support HR digital transformation initiatives. The position is based in South Dublin with plans to move to North Dublin in September. It offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office (3 days after probation).
Requirements:
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules
Skills in system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting
Experience with HRIS integration tools and data flows
Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
Experience using MS Access
Desirable:
