We are currently looking to fill the role of Assistant Sales Manager. This is a challenging opportunity for an ambitious and adaptable individual who can support the growth and development of our financial advisors.
Our business specializes in providing solutions for clients' financial needs, including protection, pensions, savings & investments, and mortgages. We offer online and telephone consultations to cater to our clients' preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Head of Sales (HOS) to support the development and growth of our financial advisors
* Monitor financial advisors' performance and identify knowledge gaps
* Deliver training advice/material to the HOS
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a financial advisor, CFP, or APA in a financial services brokerage or financial institution. They should have a background in a professional client-focused environment and be able to develop rapport with our financial advisor teams.
Essential Skills:
* Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)
* Dynamic approach with an emphasis on delivery
