**Property Solicitor Job Opportunity**
We are seeking a qualified Property Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent technical and drafting skills, with a strong focus on property law.
In this role, you will be responsible for investigating titles, drafting contracts and other documentation, raising and replying to requisitions, and managing the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with minimum 3/4 years+ PQE.
* A strong academic background.
* An ability to manage a varied caseload.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as part of a team, have strong organisational skills while consistently meeting deadlines.
