This hands‑on, generalist role requires in-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and a proven track record in employee relations. Experience in HR within logistics, transport, or supply chain industries is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive HR generalist support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and capabilityAdvise managers on Irish employment legislation and HR best practiceSupport organisational change, restructures, and consultation processesCoach and develop managers to enhance people management capabilitiesContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiativesThe Ideal candidate will have:Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR GeneralistLead and manage employee relations cases in line with Irish legislationExperience advising and supporting managers on HR best practicesProven ability to contribute to the development of HR policies, initiatives, and continuous improvementExperience in creating and interpreting HR metricsAbility to support change management initiatives as requiredExperience providing end‑to‑end HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycleStrong, up‑to‑date knowledge of Irish employment lawPrevious HR experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain is preferredExperience of managing a small teamExcellent communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.Ability to work effectively as part of the wider UK & Ireland HR team while supporting Ireland‑specific HR requirements.Benefits That Support YouAt DACHSER, we believe in taking care of our people — inside and outside of work.
