JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Duties to include but are not limited to:
* This role will be in the position of General Operative, working within the Industrial Division as part of a team under supervision and guided by Industrial Supervisors. The candidate must commute to the assigned site where the work will be taking place.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications / Technical and Personal Attributes
* Good command of the English language.
* Must be a team player and have the ability to work with a group of operatives on site.
* Must be well presented with excellent personal hygiene.
EXPERIENCE:
* Previous experience not required but an advantage.
* Training will be provided where required.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Hours: Night shift 8.00 pm to 6.30 am Monday to Thursday (4 x 10 hours shifts), 40 hours per week; flexibility will be required on occasion. Nationwide travel will be required on occasion; overtime is available if desired.
Holidays: 20 days per annum or 8% of hours worked.
Probationary Period: Probationary period of 6 months, after which time performance will be reviewed annually.
Rate: Total €18.09 per hour- 40 hours, up to 46 hours flat rate; over 46 hours overtime at 2.25 rate.
TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES: Industry-specific training offered, including CPSS, First Aid, Front Line, Supervision, Fall Arrest Training, Height Access Training (MEWP), Confined Spaces, Bodily Fluids, Alloy Access Training, Risk Assessment Training.
Company Equipment: Provided by the mobile supervisor on site.
