Role Overview:
The IT & Networks Finance Manager will lead the team supporting our IT & Networks department with all financial aspects, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasts. You will act as a business partner to the division and support ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L and headcount reports.
* Provide insights into actuals and model impacts on forecasts.
* Support the IT & Networks team in achieving financial targets.
* Collaborate with IT & Networks teams on forecasts, budgets, and project financials.
* Offer financial advice on projects as a Business Partner.
* Assist the CTO on financial matters related to IT & Networks.
* Calculate ROI for IT & Networks spend and incorporate benefits into forecasts.
* Manage financial projects related to IT & Networks.
* Oversee estates payments and IFRS 16 reporting, including head office accounting.
* Review processes and ensure integration with financial systems.
* Coordinate with auditors on IT & Networks finance matters.
* Support group reporting and ad hoc projects from the IT department.
* Manage a team to deliver key objectives.
* Provide technical accounting support to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant with experience in management reporting.
* Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting.
* Experience in reporting and financial analysis.
* Ability to communicate financial data effectively across all levels.
* Commercial awareness and strong technical accounting knowledge.
* Experience working with a mobile telecommunications network operator.
