Role Overview:
Supporting the Retail Branch Manager, you'll ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
You will constantly look for ways to improve our processes and customer experience, recognising that small differences can make a big impact.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key link between the Branch Manager and customers.
- Identify and recommend improvements to service delivery.
- Support fellow team members in delivering excellent customer service.
- Participate in training programs and shift patterns that foster development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
- Previous retail or customer-service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
