Part Qualified Accountant/ AccountantAnnual Salary: £40,000- £45,000 DOELocation: Belfast, Northern IrelandJob Type: Full-timeReed Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading Belfast Based Company, and assisting with the recruitment of an experienced Assistant Accountant/ Part Qualified Accountant to join their busy finance team.Day-to-day of the role:Oversee daily transactional finances.Prepare monthly management accounts with in-depth commentary and variance analysis for board reporting.Develop and deliver Key Performance Indicator reports.Prepare statutory accounts, financial forecasts, budgets, cost, and activity analysis.Handle payroll processing, VAT processing, and HMRC returns.Support the development and implementation of accounting systems and procedures.Train and mentor members of the finance team.Required Skills & Qualifications:Qualified or Part Qualified in CIMA/ACCA or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in a finance role.Proficient in Excel (V-lookups and Pivot Tables) and experience with accounting software packages such as Sage or Xero.Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Proactive and organised with the ability to meet deadlines.Benefits:Competitive salary.34 days annual leave per year (including public holidays).Opportunities for professional development in a fast-growing clinic.Onsite position, Monday- Friday 9am-5pmIf you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply via the link provided.
