Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
* Taking charge of projects from pre-construction to completion, developing and implementing site plans and schedules.
* Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
* Liaising with design teams, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
* Developing and executing project plans, schedules, and quality control measures to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Complying with health and safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role, preferably in public contract construction and private development.
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
* Third-level qualification in construction management or civil engineering.
* Excellent organizational, delegation, and communication skills, with the ability to generate detailed site reports.
* Familiarity with quality and safety management systems, as well as IT software used in construction projects.
