Key Responsibilities:
* Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Organize opening and closing duties as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Provide high-quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
* Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and partners.
* Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift, driving operational excellence and performance improvement.
This role requires flexibility, including working early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
